At SOLLUNA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds.
⏰Return Window
7 DAYS
From the date of delivery
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
✓Eligible for Return
We accept returns in the following cases:
- ✓Defective Product: Cards are damaged, torn, or have printing defects
- ✓Wrong Product: You received the wrong game or variant
- ✓Missing Items: The package is incomplete or cards are missing
- ✓Damaged in Transit: The product arrived damaged due to shipping
✕Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns in these cases:
OPENED PACKAGING
Products with broken seals or opened card boxes cannot be returned for hygiene and content protection reasons
CHANGE OF MIND
We don't accept returns simply because you changed your mind or the content is "too bold" (all spice levels are clearly indicated)
USED PRODUCTS
Products that show signs of use, wear, or have missing cards
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (final sale)
📋How to Return
Follow these simple steps to return your order:
CONTACT US
Email us at returns@solluna.co.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if defective/damaged)
GET APPROVAL
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions if approved
SHIP IT BACK
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Keep the tracking number!
GET REFUND
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
📦Return Shipping Costs
- 🔥Our Fault (Defective/Wrong/Damaged): We'll provide a prepaid return label - you pay nothing!
- 🔥Your Fault (Change of Mind - if approved): You're responsible for return shipping costs
💰Refund Process
REFUND TIMELINE
5-7 business days after inspection
- ✓Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- ✓For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (provide bank details)
- ✓Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- ✓Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
🔄Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong product or want a different variant:
- Return the incorrect product following our return process
- Once your return is approved and refund processed
- Place a new order for the correct product
