What if something goes wrong?
📭UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
📦LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@solluna.co.in with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll resolve it ASAP!
